Equitable Lawfirm
EQUITABLE LAW FIRM is an Advocates and Legal
Consultants Office, which was established on March 5, 2021 by
practitioners who have been working directly in the central part
of Indonesian law enforcement for approximately 37 years that
have combined and synergized with several senior advocate
practitioners who have long been working in the field.

The Equitable Law Firm is present as a form of contribution
and intention of legal practitioners who have entered their
retirement period as law enforcement officers that were directly
educated at the Police Academy in 1984(Jagratara) and the
Police Academy in 1986 (Aryya Guna) who have long witnessed
and experienced various law enforcement problems and were
intensely involved in them, thus equipped with this abundant
experience, it would be easier for the Equitable Law Firm to
map the legal issues, determine the most likely resolutions and
find the best solutions for clients.

VISION
Equitable Law Firm is projected to “Become the Best and
Leading Law Firm in Indonesia in Providing High Quality
Advocacy, Legal Aid and Legal Development Services by
Prioritizing Integrity, Professionalism, and Respect for
Clients and Society”, by :
- Providing legal assistance (litigation/in court and non-litigation/outside the court) to the wider community
regardless of ethnicity, religion, race, ancestry, political
beliefs, gender, as well as social, cultural and economic
background in a professional, humanistic manner in order
to achieve the goals of the community/client in seeking
justice.
- Take an active role in law enforcement, the process of
law formation and legal reform in accordance with the
1945 Constitution and the General Declaration of Human
Rights for the embodiment of Legal Certainty, Legal
Benefits and Legal Justice.
- As other law enforcement partners and an inseparable part
of the law enforcement system in improving independence
and orderly proceedings in law enforcement processes
that respect human rights.

In order to materialize this vision, the Equitable Law Firm
makes the following mission statement :
-Providing excellent legal services to justice seekers/
clients regarding legal problems to deal with.
-Determine the best interests of the client that must be the
top priority and fully responsible for the settlement of
client cases.
-Carry out legal assistance with clients in a professional,
humanist manner to achieve maximum results in order to
materialize legal certainty, benefit and a sense of justice.
-Select advocates who have high qualifications and
competence in their fields of criminal, civil and state
administration.
-Develop a work environment that prioritizes a kinship,
sustainable and humane approach.
-Prioritize integrity, diligence, honesty, and effective and
strong communication skills.
-Participate in the efforts to develop dignified, humane
and civilized laws.
-Develop an academic culture so that Equitable Law Firm
advocates are more professional and humanist in carrying
out their duties.
-Carry out legal research to support the implementation of
the duties of Equitable Law Firm advocates and support
the development of National Law.

Equitable Law Firm is flexible in carrying out services as needed by the client requirements, by putting forward the principle of legal support required by the client, the right action for the client and we are paid with a fixed fee system or per handled case, or a combination of both. We can always discuss what is most convenient for us.
